The title of this post is a part of the title of this book:
You Are What You Wear: What Your Clothes Reveal About You
And come to think of it, it is written by a clinical psychologist Dr. Jennifer Baumgartner.
I've just started reading and it is intriguing. When you read the title and then some of the book, you feel like, "Isn't that so obvious!?"
Initial thoughts... Clothes and the composition of one's closet is quite an innocuous and friendly means for a psychologist to get into the details/issues of one's life, and then proceed from there.
