Last few months has been tough going.
Not because we don't have earrings to show and sell. Mainly because it has been tough to find guys who can work with us consistently and intelligently, using their eyes and hands, without looking at laptop screens or mobile screens.
Yesterday we interviewed a commerce graduate for back-office work. She had a hard time reading the few lines we asked her to read from a newspaper article. She also had a hard time understanding half-foot scale with inch and centimeter measurements.
